Level 1 Gymnastics

The students in this level will be introduced to basic gymnastics movements and exercises that belong to Level 1, such as: 3/4 handstand, cartwheel, backward roll, forward roll, shoulder stand, small split jumps and more. The class consists of a warm-up, exercises for body strengthening, exercises for coordination and balance, training in the above mentioned movements and stretching for flexibility. All of this is done in a playful and age suitable way, so that the students will stay engaged throughout the classes. The teachers have the goal to build all rounded athlete bodies with creative minds.
