Barre is a Pilates- ballet inspired method of a workout class designed to provide you the benefits of a full body workout in a fun, less strenuous environment. Performed at a low to high intensity, using props ad body weight, the choreography will leave you feeling energized, lean and strong. Coupled with supportive class members and awesome choice of music, this class admits all age groups and of all different fitness levels. No previous experience necessary! All are welcome.
