Beginning Pointe

Following a minimum of three years of at least twice a week ballet training, the teacher may allow the student to being pointe work.  This is completely at the discretion of the teacher, and only when they determine the student’s body is physically ready for this high level of training.  The emphasis of this class is on strengthening exercises both in pointe shoes and out.
